Ordering
Brasserie Bread's back-office, bakery production, logistic and delivery systems are centralized on the company's web based intranet - the Bread Board. All incoming customer orders are processed by our dedicated Customer Service team through the Bread Board. Customers can place orders via phone, fax, or email. Orders need to be placed by 3.00pm for next day delivery. Orders for delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Monday need to be placed by 3.00pm on Friday.

The minimum daily order value is $50.00. Orders below $50.00 will incur a $5 delivery fee. Please note there is NO surcharge for weekend or Public Holiday deliveries.

Delivery
Brasserie Bread has a small fleet of dedicated delivery vehicles with dedicated delivery drivers. Each vehicle is equipped with a 2-way radio for contact with the base radio operator. For early morning delivery enquires Brasserie Bread customers are provided with a telephone number for direct access to the base radio operator (4.00am and 8.00am 365 days a year).

Customer orders are packed in secure Brasserie Bread cardboard boxes to ensure the integrity of individual items. Customer details are clearly labelled on the outside of each delivery box. Delivery occurs between 3.00am and 6.00am, while many customer premises are still closed. Consequently, the majority of Brasserie Bread customers provide a key / alarm code to their premises to ensure secure delivery. Please note; Brasserie Bread delivery drivers do NOT accept customer payments (cash or cheques).
