Introduction
Brasserie Bread's award-winning wholesale bakery and bread supply in Sydney and Melbourne are operating 365 days a year. We are HACCP certified and offer delivery of fresh baked sourdough bread, French pastry, cake & brioche early in the morning across metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Mittagong and Bowral. We currently deliver to over 400 locations (restaurants, hotels, cafés and delis) commencing from 3.00am every day.

Wholesale Ordering
Brasserie Bread's back-office, bakery production, logistic and delivery systems are centralised on the company's web based intranet - the Bread Board™. All incoming customer orders are processed by our dedicated Customer Service team through the Bread Board™. Wholesale customers place orders via phone, fax, or email. Orders need to be placed by 3.00pm for next day delivery. Orders for delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Monday need to be placed by 3.00pm on Friday.
The minimum daily order value is $50.00. Please note there is NO surcharge for weekend or Public Holiday deliveries.

Wholesale Bread Delivery
Brasserie Bread has a small fleet of dedicated delivery vehicles with dedicated delivery drivers. Each vehicle is equipped with a 2-way radio for contact with the base radio operator. For early morning delivery enquiries Brasserie Bread customers are provided with a telephone number for direct access to the base radio operator (4.00am and 8.00am 365 days a year). Customer orders are packed in secure Brasserie Bread crates or cardboard bread boxes to ensure the integrity of individual items. Customer details are clearly labelled on the outside of each delivery box. Deliveries commence from 3.00am, while many customer premises are still closed. Consequently, the majority of Brasserie Bread customers provide a key /alarm code to their premises to ensure secure delivery. Please note: Brasserie Bread delivery drivers do NOT accept customer payments of any kind.
