BRASSERIE BREAD BAKERY, CAFE & BAKING SCHOOL

We’re busy creating the best sourdough bakery we can imagine!!!!!

Complete with café; retail bread shop and baking school, with plans to open in October 2011.

We at Brasserie Bread are proud of what we do – honouring the traditions of artisan baking and passionately believing in our products and people.

We are looking for likeminded people who want to showcase their talents and be a part of a team that inspires others to learn and understand the artisan bread making process.
