Established in 1995 Brasserie Bread is Australia’s leading artisan bakery, supplying handcrafted breads, pastries and cakes to some of the best restaurants and cafes across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the ACT.
We are looking for a full-time, experienced, Customer Service Representative to join our fast paced and dynamic Customer Service team based at our Sydney head office in Banksmeadow.
The Customer Service Office is open Monday to Sunday and some early starts and weekends will apply.
Requirements:
- Experienced Customer Service administrator with experience in high volume order processing
- Demonstrated computer skills especially MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Personable and strong customer service skills including excellent phone manner and email communication
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong time management and the ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and in a busy working environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills and effective incident resolution
- Professional approach to work and team player
- Flexibility with working hours
