Goodbye for now Brasserie Bread
Dear bread heads, baking school & cafe customers, kids and all the amazing people who work here at Brasserie Bread. I’ve had a great 2 and a half years writing for you all and I wanted to thank you for following us oh-so-patiently on this journey of blogging, tweeting and facebooking all things baked at Brasserie Bread. It has been a blast getting to know you all. I’m off to travel and eat more bread, pastries and cakes but I know nothing will compare to the amazing experiences (and food!) Brasserie Bread has given me. There’s a strong culture of community that exists here in the Bakery, and we hope you will continue following us on our journey to continue baking the best bread and teaching you how to, as well. Lots of exciting things are on the cards for our Bakery!
