Mythbusting sourdough, unearthing organic baking and dishing out top tips for home baking – all while mixing, moulding and stretching out dough on a benchtop! MasterChef LIVE was a true test of multitasking ability and strategic crowd maintenance. We were asked by organisers to run hands-on demonstrations over the course of 3 days, in the World Foods Cooking School arena sharing the space with Herbie’s Spices, another leading Sydney food institution.

It was quite nice to sit outside in between demonstration & sampling sessions to feel the sun and cool breeze on your face.  We thought it was quite a nice event to be at for families and friends- what do you think? Did you enjoy MasterChef Live?
