In baking news: Welcome to another December! Where the phones won’t stop ringing, the orders flood in, and everyone’s after a good time (and lots of bread). It’s nice to see teams & colleagues come in for some baking and team building with Matt, or a nice breakfast in the Cafe that isn’t the usual business meeting. How do I know this? A little bit of eavesdropping while waiting for my morning coffee. It makes for a nice start, unless you unwittingly pick up on a couple’s quiet argument. (oops)
We had our Brasserie Bread staff Christmas Party over the weekend at Bronte Surf Club. It was a night filled with amazing food and great company – some karaoke with gusto was even thrown into the mix if you partied on into the night.
The best part of the night...DESSERT! Fruit Mince Pies, Eton Mess, Bread & Butter Pudding, Raspberry Chocolate Caramel tarts
