The Home Baker Workshop
Learn how to bake a variety of artisan breads in this new workshop for passionate home bakers and all lovers of good bread.
Get down to the basics or artisan baking and learn mixing, kneading, hand moulding, shaping and long fermentation. You will receive a variety of recipes along with techniques and tips to tweak your loaves to artisan perfection at home. During the class you will get to bake and bring home a Schiacciata con L’uva as made on Michael Klausen’s Master Class.
