Introduction

At Brasserie Bread we are passionate about the quest to bake true artisan products, a quest that has led us to build Australia's leading sourdough wholesale bakery.

Our journey to achieve this goal has required expert training, skill, a love of good ingredients and traditional artisan bread making processes and recipes. Customers and Brasserie Bread fans share our passion for beautiful artisan-baked products and we can now pass on our skills through our baking classes held at the Sydney and Melbourne Baking Schools.

We offer kids baking classes, school excursions and artisan bread baking workshops for the public. The hands-on baking courses are designed to introduce the joys of artisan baking to people of all ages. We also run Wholesale Breaducation® Classes to further educate our wholesale customers, chefs and business owners. You will learn the true nature of artisan baking from the expert bread bakers at the Brasserie Bread Baking Schools.
