Introduction

At Brasserie Bread we are passionate about the quest to bake true artisan products, a quest that has led us to build Australia's leading sourdough bakery.

Our journey to achieve this goal has required expert training, skill, a love of good ingredients and traditional artisan baking processes. Customers and Brasserie Bread Fans share our passion for beautiful artisan-baked products and we can now pass on our skills at the Brasserie Bread Baking School, a dedicated training facility located next to our Botany wholesale bakery and Café.

We offer kids baking classes, school excursions and artisan baking workshops for the public. The hands-on baking courses are designed to introduce the joys of artisan baking to people of all ages. We also run Wholesale Breaducation Classes to further educate our wholesale customers, chefs and business owners. You will be learning the true nature of artisan baking from the experts at the Brasserie Bread Baking School.
