Learn how to bake a variety of artisan breads in this new workshop for passionate home bakers and all lovers of good home baked bread.

Discover the basics of artisan bread making and learn mixing, kneading, hand moulding, shaping and long fermentation. You will receive a variety of bread recipes along with techniques and tips to tweak your loaves to artisan perfection at home. During the class you will get to bake and bring home a Schiacciata con L'uva as made on Michael Klausen's Master Class.

Course cost: Max 10 students per course - $150 each (effective from 1 July 2011)

Duration: 3 Hours

How to book:

Advance bookings for all classes are necessary. Please call the Training Department on 1300 966 845 to book, as no online bookings or bookings through the Café are available. All bookings are handled over the phone and require upfront payment by Visa or Mastercard. We do not take tentative bookings or deposits for classes.
