Sourdough Pancakes

As one of our most loved signature dishes, try our unique sourdough pancakes for breakfast or Sunday brunch at our Bakery Cafe in Botany. These organic pancakes are served with honeycomb cream and stewed berries.

Brasserie Bread's 15 year old Starter is the base of the pancake batter, mixed with egg, milk, organic flour, butter and salt. The honeycomb is made with fresh organic honey, sugar & water, mixed with honeycomb cream (sour crème and orange syrup).
