Quinoa & Soya Bread
Our popular Quinoa & Soya Bread is a naturally, cold-fermented sourdough loaf made with organic flour. Brimming with nutritious soya beans and five seeds including quinoa (pronounced kin-wah), the sacred grain of the Aztecs. Also containing poppy seeds, linseed, sunflower seeds and amaranth, our Quinoa & Soya Loaf is wholesome and delicious. This versatile bread can be enjoyed with butter and jam, in a sandwich or accompanying a hearty soup.
At our Sydney Cafe we have a new range of sandwiches including the Tuna Sandwich, served on Quinoa & Soya Bread. Filled with tuna, tomato, chilli, capers, green beans and rocket, this sandwich is quickly becoming a favourite.
