Christopher Witt - Non-executive Director Chris is a partner, and co-founder, of Kalori Group Investments, an advisory & investment firm established in 1998 to develop and invest in young medical and technology-intensive businesses. Chris focuses on businesses within the ICT, communications & healthcare technology sectors and brings to bear his 15 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, distribution networks, marketing & sales, and strategic relationships. Chris has served on the Boards of numerous Australian and American companies, including Health Communication Network Ltd, CVC Private Equity, Telebase Systems (acquired by Internet retailer CD Now), Digitran Corp (now NetMoves, Inc: NTMV-NASDAQ), and Unique Solutions Inc. Chris is an Adjunct Professor at the Australian Graduate School of Management in Sydney at UNSW, and also teaches through the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Before coming to Australia, he was a part-time Professor in Electrical Engineering at DePaul University in Chicago. |
