Happy New Year, breadheads! I hope you celebrated well with great company, an abundance of delicious food and achievable New Year’s resolutions. If your New Year’s resolutions are anything like mine (ie. eat healthy meals, exercise more and save money), then this post might be helpful for you.
A healthy packed lunch is a great way to save money and consume necessary nutrients. I love vegetables, so sandwiches brimming with fresh salads are my favourite kind. But of course the bread is a big factor in how nutritious your work or school lunch will be.
Whether it’s a multigrain loaf like our Harvest Grain or a wholemeal sourdough bread like our New York Rye, it’s essential that you select tasty yet healthy bread for your artisan sandwiches.
